Last Man's Hope sailed through the tests with ease, demonstrating three excellent paces and a powerful hind leg action. He delivered a consistently superior performance and is maturing into a very special breeding stallion and competition horse.
Sire, Last Man Standing, produced the stunning 2008 OS licensing champion Le Champ Ask, who sold for a record price of over one million euro. Last Man Standing is also a successful competition horse who achieved the highest scores for jumping at his licensing in Redefin. Maternal grandsire Conteros has won twelve 1.50 m classes and his pedigree includes the successful genes of outstanding breeding sire, Contender, whose offspring have accumulated a total of more than EUR 5.8 million in prize money. Caletto I in the third generation, followed by Athlet Z, round off Last Man's Hope's impressive show jumping pedigree. Last Man's Hope is descended from the Holstein dam line 5359, which has also produced approved stallion Landlord Z and many successful 1.50 m show jumpers. His granddam, Dorina, produced 1.50 m class winner Sultan by Calido. We are very pleased to have this extremely interesting young stallion, on which we are pinning many hopes, in our portfolio.
