04-09-2011 GERCO & EUROCOMMERCE LONDON WITH GLOBAL CHAMPIONS TOUR IN RIOIn the last but one competition of the Global Champions Tour circuit, which was held in Rio de Janeiro, Gerco Schröder and Eurocommerce London won a convincing victory to take the 1 million euro prize. They were the only clear on both classes in the by Luc Mussetes designed courses. Mussetes had a basic course designed which was not only technically difficult, but the obstacles were high, wide, colorful and extremely delicate. Eventually, the Brazilian Rodrigo Pessoa with Let's Fly and Gerco Schroder were the only ones with a clear round in the huge track. Of the 38 starters five combinations retired and ten combinations were able to finish with a score of a dozen or more penalty points. In the second round 18 combinations started. This course was clearly technically less demanding, resulting in ten rides with clear. Gerco Schröder did with the stallion Eurocommerce London (by Nabab de Reve) once again to continue seamlessly. "" I had seen the riders in the second round who were clear with very fast times. My horse is not super fast, so I knew that I if we would make a mistake, we would fall back in the standings. We didn’t made that mistake and I was very happy with it, "said Schröder.
07-08-2011 EUROCOMMERCE STALLIONS SUCCESSFUL AT VALKENSWAARDDuring the CSI Valkenswaard Gerco Schroder gained a lot success with the stallions Eurocommerce Vigaro, Eurocommerce Singapore and Eurocommerce VDL Groep Zagreb. Gerco and Eurocommerce Vigaro won the Big Tour on Friday finishing one and a half econds quicker than the second placed competitor. On Sunday Gerco started with Eurocommerce Vigaro in the Grand Prix also in this section, the combination showed to be in top condition. Gerco placed himself convincingly for the jump-off together with Albert Voorn and Tobalio and ten other combinations. The jump off saw Gerco jump a nice and fast round, which eventually resulted in a second place, behind Henk van de Pol. Albert Voorn with Tobalio kept also the slate clean resulting for him in a fifth place. Earlier this weekend, Gerco also been successful with Eurocommerce VDL Groep Zagreb. On Friday, he rode the stallion to a third place at the young horses section. On Sunday the finals were held for this section. Gerco was supreme with Eurocommerce VDL Groep Zagreb. In the jump off Gerco was over two seconds faster than the number two. With Eurocommerce Callahan Gerco mananged to stay clear every day and on Sunday he gained a nice fourth place in the final of the Medium Tour. With Eurocommerce Singapore he also kept the slate clean every day and this resulted in seventh place on Saturday.

12-04-2011 EUROCOMMERCE STALLION SHOW ANOTHER FABULOUS SUCCESSWe were delighted again to take a party of customers and friends to the Stal Eurocommerce stallion show in Lochem. This time we had a very international party with guests from Brazil and Portugal joining us for the busy few days. The entire weekend was graced with wonderful weather and as always, the team at Stal Eurocommerce made our visit an exceptional experience. We were able to see and handle the new stallions, Callahan, Namelus, Vigaro and Sam R and look forward to using them this year both at our own stud and around the UK.
11-04-2011 DE WIEMSELBACH VISITDuring our Holland trip we were again made very welcome at De Wiemselbach, home of such wonderful breeding stallions as Numero Uno, Ustinov and Chellthago Z. It is lovely to see these stallions in their home environment and spent time with a very happy and relaxed Numero Uno in the field. We were also able to see some top quality youngstock from these stallions which certainly look like exciting prospects for the future.

We are very excited about the dimension that this can now add to our already very succesful breeding programme.
13-12-2010 BMC UNANIEM FIFTH IN GRAND PRIX HENGELOThe Stallion Unaniem (by. Numero Uno) jumped fantastic in the Grand Prix at Hengelo last night. Ridden by Ben Schroder he finished fifth in the competitive class. The stallion already convinced everyone in the first round, as he jumped superbly through the technical course. The Grand Prix of Hengelo was won by Dutch rider Aniek Poels, she rode her mare Asteria.
12-12-2010 VISIT ARRANGED TO GENETIC JUMP FOR THE LAMBRIDDEN TEAMOur break into Embryo Transfer with our mares in Holland this year has encouraged us to consider beginning ET works at our own yard in Scotland. We will visit the world renound Genetic Jump in Brazil in early January to explore techniques and to discuss how we can best move forward with our plans. Embryo transfer will allow us to breed from our top competition mares whilst still allowing us to carry on with their showjumping careers. We will be able to offer embyos from our exceptionally bred young mares using the chosen stallion of the client the client, allowing people now to be able to breed a top quality horse without actually having to purchase the mare. 12-12-2010 770,000 EUROS FOR BERLIN OFFSPRING AT PSI AUCTIONThe 6 year old Berlin daughter Caruschka was auctioned for the second top price at the PSI Auction in Ankum earlier today. The stunning grey mare caused much interest at the sale, having all the jumping style and talent of her World and European Championship winning father. The auction highlight was the beautiful Baloubet Du Rouet mare Balsandra who won the German Federation Title for her age group earlier this year. She took the top price of 800,000 euros from her new Russian owners.

02-10-2010 EUROCOMMERCE OFF SPRING TOP THE AUCTIONSThe youngstock of Stal Eurocommerce are continuing the trend of being the top selling offspring in the auctions across Europe. At the Zangersheide Quality Acution, the most expensive foal of the weekend was by Eurocommerce Berlin, sold for a commanding price of 48,000 euros.
The top prices were also secured at the auctions at Limburger and Dwingelo, with the beautiful Canturano son out of a mare by Sam R, and the Berlin x Heartbreaker colt Fort, taking the top bids.
18-10-10 EXCEPTIONAL GROUP OF FOALS BORN THIS YEAR AT LAMBRIDDENWe are delighted to have had 9 wonderful foals this year at Lambridden from our stock of broodmares. Perhaps pride of place should go to our young filly Ferlina LS by Eurocommerce Berlin out of our foundation mare Nistral (x Libero H). The mare Nistral has already proven to be an exceptional quality broodmare with her youngstock jumping at International level. Last year, Zaire by Napels out of Nistral sold for 86,000 euros in the Expo Talent Sale in Holland and the 5 year old mare, A Nistral, is currently very succesful with us at Lambridden at 1.20 level.
We consider our foals this year to be the best group of youngsters that we have ever produced at Lambridden and confirms our belief that we are heading in the correct direction to produce the champions of the future. These foals are bred as follows:

06-09-2010 LUPICOR H SON WINS AT FRENCH NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPSAn offspring by KWPN approved Lupicor H won a Qualifier at the French national young horse championship held at the famous Fontainebleau horse show. Ridden by Jeroen Zwartjes, Zwiep des Fontaines (Lupicor H x Hautain Fontaines) jumped a superb clear round, beating the runner up with more than a second. That result made him the number one out of a 118 horses who competed in the class!
06-09-2010 VAN GOGH THIRD IN VOSSWINKEL GRAND PRIXThe KWPN approved Van Gogh came third in the Vosswinkel (GER) Grand Prix last weekend. Ridden by Caroline Muller, Numero Uno offspring Van Gogh jumped two superb clear rounds. Only tree riders managed to jump a double clear, Sweden’s top rider Rolf Goran Bengtsson clocked the fastest time in the jump off riding Quintero La Silla. Ireland’s Jessica Kuerten was only 2/10th of a sec slower and finished second. A great result for Caroline and Van Gogh, they came third in their first 1.50m class!
10-05-2010 EUROCOMMERCE VINGINO APPROVED AT OLDENBURGThe new stallion at Stal Eurocommerce, Vingino was today approved at Oldenburg. After a good showing of his athletic paces, he impressed the judges with his jumping potential under the expertise of Gerco Shroeder.
18-3-2010 WHITNEY LS FOALS TO VAN GOGHThe Lambridden Stud's very good mare Whitney LS (Lupicor x Ekstein) has produced a beautiful colt foal by Van Gogh in the early hours of Thursday morning.
16-03-2010 USTINOV NUMBER ONE ON BREEDING INDEXRecently the KWPN published the new breeding index. Ustinov’s first offspring did so well that he gained 16 points making him the new number one on the breeding index.
23-2-2010 FIRST FOAL OF THE YEAR FOR LAMBRIDDENOur first foal of the year was born on Tuesday 23rd February - Vigaro x Numero Uno. Our new 5 year old mare by Numero Uno produced a beautiful bay filly foal.
ZAIRE SOLD AT EXPO TALENT SALE FOR 85,000,-The 5 year old mare Zaire (Napels x Libero H) out of the Lambridden Stud's mare Nistral sold on Expo Talent Sale for 85,000,- Again Nistral (Libero x Weratosthenes) shows her exceptional qualities as a broodmare by producing one of the top selling horses at the Expo Talent sale in December 2009. Zaire by Eurocommerce Napels sold for 85,000,-. The mare's first youngster is currently jumping at International level. Nistral was sold to Lambridden in 2008 where she produced her first foal by Eurocommerce Memphis. She is in foal for 2010 to Eurocommerce Berlin.
